Our room had the most unbelievable view, like you see it in movies! 🌟 The hotel has great dining options, and we particularly enjoyed the all-you-can-eat steakhouse. The infinity pool on the 18th floor offered breathtaking views of the falls, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Although the towels felt a bit worn, the overall experience was fantastic!

During my stay, I explored the captivating Galleria Shops and Dining at the connected resort—an array of slot machines caught my eye. Shared the elevator with a friendly dealer. Spent the day shopping at Maple Leaf Place—could have stayed for a maple syrup tasting marathon. Enjoyed a thrilling birdseye view of the Whirlpool and White Water Rapids from a helicopter tour. Wrapped up my day with a swim at the infinity pool. A Brit abroad with a sweet tooth and a love for heights.

The breakfast here was really good, they had a lot of tasty options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helped me with directions and stuff. 🍳

Great view of the horseshoe falls from our room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the falls and Clifton Hill. The offsite parking was nearby. The US Falls view King Suite was spacious for two families. Nearby, attractions like Skylon Tower and the Niagara SkyWheel enhanced family bonding.

The location close to Falls View was perfect, and the restaurant on the 33rd floor served delicious dishes.

1st class property, has very efficient staff with her manager too.

The staff was willing to help. The location is in a perfect area and exceptionally nice.- There are shopping centers and a market nearby.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, with priceless views of the sky and daylight. The team was nice and accommodating. The room had storage space, a whirlpool, and a writing table, which I really enjoyed. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel had a very central setting right next to restaurants and shopping areas.

The room had a king bed along with a hot tub and fireplace.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was good and unbeatable very close to pretty much everything. The room was well laid out, with a view over the city.

The hotel rooms are stocked with full-size units and a spa tub. The location of the hotel is fantastic, near the casino and offers a view of the falls.- The staff is friendly and there are lots of them available.- It's the perfect destination for a getaway.

The friendly staff welcomed us warmly and were eager to assist, the room was well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries stocked, and the amazing view made the stay worthwhile.

The convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel for the fully guided tour of charming Niagara-on-the-Lake and its rich history was a highlight. The VIP door-to-door access made the experience hassle-free and enjoyable for the whole family. Additionally, being able to easily access the Fallsview Casino via the skywalk from the hotel provided us with plenty of entertainment options, including live shows, shopping, spa treatments, and gaming.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel offered more kid-friendly activities or dedicated spaces for families with children. This would enhance the family experience even further and make the hotel even more appealing to families visiting the area.

The staff was awesome. The room was brand-new and outstanding with a shower, a hairdryer, and a spa bathtub in the private bathroom. The hotel was relaxing and in a central location just off Niagara, the falls, and casino.
